Who is responsible

This website is operated by ООО «Кайдо Корпорайшн» under the KAYDO Corporation brand. The registered postal address is awaiting confirmation. Privacy enquiries can be directed to [email protected] once the production contact address is configured.

Information you provide

The project request form collects your selected services, company name, website if provided, industry, company description, goals, estimated budget, name, email address and optional Telegram handle or phone number. It also records your acknowledgement of this policy, the submission time and a unique request reference.

How the information is used

We use your information to understand your enquiry, evaluate the work you have described and contact you about possible next steps. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing communications. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in your brief.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in a private database on the website’s hosting infrastructure and delivered to a private Telegram chat for our team to review. Access is restricted to the website operator and authorized personnel handling requests. Our hosting provider and Telegram process the data needed to provide these services. Provider details and processing locations will be specified after the operator confirms its arrangements. This website does not send form submissions to advertising services.

Abuse prevention

The system uses a keyed hash of your email address for rate limiting. When the hosting environment provides a trusted network address, a keyed hash of that address may also be used. Raw network addresses are not stored in the enquiry database. Rate-limit records expire after 15 minutes and are cleared on subsequent submissions.

Retention

Enquiry records are retained for up to 180 days unless an ongoing business relationship or applicable obligation requires a separately documented retention period. The server clears expired records on startup and then hourly while it is running. Local backups are retained for up to 14 days, so deleted records may remain in a backup until it expires. You may request earlier deletion where applicable.

Cookies and analytics

This implementation does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics or browser storage for enquiry drafts. Form details remain in the current page’s memory until you leave or reload it. If analytics or additional services are introduced, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated first.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete the information associated with your enquiry, or withdraw your request to be contacted. Include your request reference where available. Available rights and the applicable legal basis will be specified once the operator’s jurisdiction and legal entity are confirmed.
